The role of Catering Services Director at Aramark is a dynamic leadership position responsible for overseeing the comprehensive catering operation that spans multiple units or large accounts. This role entails planning, coordinating, and guiding the catering team in the execution of all catering orders and special events. The Catering Services Director will manage all aspects of catering operations, including the development of menus, pricing strategies, event booking, staffing, and departmental administration. Financial management of the catering department is a critical part of this position, including budgeting and meeting financial goals. The director is also charged with maintaining excellent client and customer relationships, ensuring that all service and presentation standards are met consistently across all operations. This role requires staying current with catering trends and innovations to support business growth and client retention. Moreover, the Catering Services Director designs and implements comprehensive annual marketing plans that encompass collateral, sales strategies, and budget allocations.

Job Duties
- Coordinate total catering operations including event booking, team supervision, menu development, pricing, hiring, and administration
- be responsible for all aspects of preparation, service, and cleanup for multiple catering operations
- develop and implement catering solutions to meet customers' needs
- develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
- develop and implement annual comprehensive marketing plans for catering including collateral, sales strategies, and budgets
- establish and implement service and presentation standards ensuring compliance and consistency
