Job Requirements
- Minimum one year experience with food service and catering
- open availability to work on-call
- must own "Bistro" attire for events
- ability to build-up and breakdown event setups
- ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift for long periods of time
- knowledge of formal dining table setting
- reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Sets up, serves and cleans up dining room as directed
- cold prep and other duties will be involved with this position
- interacts with guests and customers at events with professionalism, service and grace, upholding the customer service expectations of CDS and the client/account
- ensures all dishes, utensils, and other equipment from the storeroom are clean and properly returned to their correct place
- ensures proper lock-up procedures are followed and enforced
