The registered position is for seasonal Catering Servers at American Family Field. This role involves providing exceptional guest service by serving food and beverages in various banquet settings during game days or special events. It is a tipped position, paying a base wage of $10.00 per hour excluding any tip earnings. Catering Servers will engage in fast-paced, exciting environments and play a crucial part in ensuring guests have memorable experiences. Job Duties
- Sets up tables for function in accordance with banquet event order
- assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to the scheduled locations
- sets buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items according to pre-established standards
- assists with food and table prep before events begin
- returns unserved foods and beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to the Commissary
- serves food neatly and attractively according to pre-established standards
- checks to ensure that all display foods are merchandised attractively according to pre-established standards
- cleans up the venue after the event ends and assists with inventory, food storage, and other closeout tasks
- performs necessary tasks to service guests including taking and filling drink orders, providing refills, answering questions, and clearing of dirty dishes
- serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, and requests identification adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
- monitors guest needs on a continual basis ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled
- handles any guest complaints
- replenishes food on buffet lines (if applicable)
- maintains a safe and clean environment for guests and fellow associates
- breaks down events according to company procedures
