As part of the Front of House service team, the role of Catering Server plays a crucial part in delivering friendly and welcoming service that aligns with Red Robin’s mission of making every visit fresh, fun, and memorable. The Catering Server supports guest experiences by coordinating the flow of service, greeting and escorting guests, providing menus and service guidance, and maintaining an organized, clean, and positive service environment. This position requires clear communication skills to ensure smooth operations and to make guests feel comfortable and well-supported throughout their visit. Catering Servers contribute significantly to the overall guest satisfaction by managing service timing and assisting team members effectively. The role offers an hourly wage ranging from $9.78 to $11.80 based on a 40-hour workweek, providing opportunities for consistent income alongside a vibrant and supportive team environment.
