The role of the Catering Server at LIFECARE ALLIANCE is integral to the success of their catering events. This position is responsible for the organization and delivery of food services during a wide range of catering occasions. The Catering Server ensures that all food courses are served and cleared efficiently while maintaining an inviting and professional buffet setup. Attention to detail is critical as the role includes adhering strictly to food safety procedures to guarantee a safe and exceptional dining experience for all attendees. The job requires physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as heavy lifting, and the ability to work swiftly in dynamic environments. Additionally, the Catering Server may need to operate company vehicles for event transportation, requiring a valid Ohio driver’s license. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in organizing and running food service at various catering events
experience in serving and clearing all food courses at various events
experience in setting up buffet tables
experience in maintaining proper food safety procedures
valid Ohio driver’s license
ability to perform manual work including heavy lifting up to 40 pounds
ability to handle catering event set-up clean-up and tearing down of sales displays and materials
