Job Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and moving during event setup and execution
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds (food trays, supplies, equipment)
- Ability to work in a kitchen and event environment with varying temperatures
- Ability to operate standard kitchen and office equipment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or event coordination preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and events in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure

Job Duties
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs, budgets, and preferences
- Assist with menu planning, event logistics, and customized catering solutions
- Support the coordination and accuracy of catering orders and event details
- Ensure all orders meet company standards, timelines, and operational requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with catering clients
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide a high level of customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate event logistics including delivery timing, setup, and service details
- Communicate clearly with culinary, operations, and delivery teams
- Support event execution to ensure quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction
- Address and resolve any issues or last-minute changes with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene
- Ensure proper food handling, presentation, and service quality
- Support adherence to all health and safety guidelines
- Assist in promoting catering services through social media, marketing materials, and community engagement
- Support outreach efforts to attract new catering clients
- Assist with gathering client feedback following events
