Operating within the hospitality and event management industry, we pride ourselves on creating memorable moments through excellent food service and professional event support. Our team environment fosters collaboration, growth, and recognition of employees' hard work and passion for service excellence.

The role of a Catering Server is integral to the success of each event we manage. This position primarily focuses on providing outstanding service to guests while supporting the seamless execution of event operations. Your duties extend to preparing and serving food and beverages professionally and efficiently, while maintaining cleanliness and organization in both food preparation stations and serving areas.

This part-time role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a strong work ethic paired with a friendly, positive attitude. The Catering Server plays a key part in enhancing the guest experience by interacting politely and helpfully with event attendees. In addition to serving guests, you will assist with kitchen duties such as basic food preparation and dishwashing, helping to maintain smooth service flow and adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Working in this role requires stamina and physical endurance, as employees may stand and walk for up to nine hours in a shift. The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, able to communicate effectively in English, and holds necessary certifications like the TIPS/TAP Card and Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card. The Catering Server must be able to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds and possess the visual acuity to perform detailed tasks safely.

Reporting directly to the Catering Manager and Event Lead, the Catering Server will be classified as a non-exempt employee. Our company fosters an equal opportunity workplace, welcoming applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or disability status. We comply fully with all federal, state, and local employment laws concerning discrimination, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment.

This role is perfect for those passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to provide excellent service that leaves a lasting impression. The flexibility offered by part-time hours suits individuals seeking supplemental income or experience in event service management.
