Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant sales or customer service experience
- Experience in hospitality or catering industry preferred
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Client-focused and enthusiastic
- Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends
