Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Proven sales experience in hospitality or event sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with sales and CRM software

  • Proven track record in sales preferably in hospitality or events industry

Job Duties

  • Drive sales and generate revenue by selling catering services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with culinary and event teams to design customized menus and event plans
  • Conduct site visits and present proposals to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless execution of events
  • Act as a brand ambassador and promote the hotel and its offerings
