The Catering Sales Manager position at Oracle Park, a premier event and sports venue, is a key role responsible for coordinating food and beverage arrangements for group meetings and special events. This position plays a critical part in supporting the catering functions by collaborating closely with building operations, the culinary department, the catering department, and the building sales team to drive revenue growth. The role involves booking and detailing events for the location, networking for new sales opportunities, and conducting sales blitz and other marketing activities to generate sales growth.

Job Duties
- Greet and provide service to all clients/groups to ensure satisfaction
- Follow up with all clients through phone calls, letters, and site tours to secure contracts and ensure customer happiness
- Input data to generate contracts, update client files, and enter information into sales software
- Participate in special projects as needed
- Proactively solicit and manage group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential
- Create Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to review with clients
- Partner with the culinary team to create customized menus to fit client’s needs and increase food and beverage revenues
- Ensure meeting arrangements during events meet the event planner’s specifications
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments to provide quality services for all groups
- Attend weekly meetings for aging/billing, business review, and sales meetings
- Follow Aramark policies and procedures and safety and sanitation policies and procedures
