Job Requirements
- Must have two to three years of related experience

Job Duties
- Research, analyze, and develop special event profit generating opportunities
- proactively solicit new business by making sales calls and presentations, attending trade shows, and client prospecting
- create leads and develop long-term relationships in event planning, production, and promotion communities
- monitor changes and new developments in the special events industry
- work closely and build relationships with Legends' premium and concessions departments
- manage and direct all Legends-related event logistics including managing the events calendar, conducting walk-thrus, and being primary contact for clients
- prepare and provide reports including event revenue, profit and loss statements, sales recaps, and projections
- obtain client feedback following special events to analyze satisfaction and risks
- provide quality service and maintain positive customer and client relations
- practice safe work habits and complete safety and compliance training
- maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management
- adhere to Legends Global and venue company policies
- focus on outbound sales and turning them into repeat business
- complete other duties assigned by management
- available to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
