The company’s core values emphasize integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency, all contributing to an award-winning culture recognized repeatedly by Great Place to Work and Fortune as one of the World’s Best Workplaces.

As a Catering Sales Manager at Hilton, you play a crucial role in bringing the company’s hospitality vision to life. This position is more than managing catered events—it’s about creating memorable experiences that brighten the days of guests through meticulous planning, relationship cultivation, and creative execution. The role involves developing new business opportunities by growing catering market segments, crafting innovative menus and catered events, and maintaining strong client relationships, thus maximizing revenue and ensuring repeat business. You act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up.

The Catering Sales Manager also leads the event operations team by communicating client needs, providing direction, and coaching team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service. This role demands a passion for hospitality and a dedication to upholding Hilton’s esteemed values. You actively contribute to the positive guest experience that defines Hilton’s brand, using your leadership skills to inspire and guide others while embracing accountability and a focus on the present moment to achieve outstanding results.

Hilton’s dedication to its employees is evident through its comprehensive benefits package designed to support wellbeing in every aspect of life. Team members enjoy travel perks such as deeply discounted hotel stays, financial growth opportunities through an employee stock purchase program, and support for family life including paid parental leave. Health and wellness are prioritized via access to mental health resources, caregiving support, health and dental plans, and retirement savings options. The company’s crisis concierge service offers compassionate support during difficult times, emphasizing the holistic care Hilton extends to its team members.

Joining Hilton means becoming part of a vibrant community where your contribution matters and your career path is nurtured. The culture fosters growth, recognition, and a sense of belonging, ensuring that every employee thrives personally and professionally. Whether you are starting your career journey or seeking new challenges, Hilton stands as a beacon of opportunity and inspiration in the hospitality industry. This role offers a unique chance to blend sales acumen, event management expertise, and leadership ability within a globally respected company that values its people as much as its guests.
