Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of hotel group sales experience, preferably in resort or destination markets
  • Proficiency in Delphi, OnQ R&I, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel locally and occasionally out-of-state
  • Positive attitude and customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of hotel group sales experience, ideally in resort or destination markets
  • Proficiency in Delphi, OnQ R&I, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Hawaii’s tourism landscape and seasonal travel patterns
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally and occasionally out-of-state

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic group sales plans tailored to the Hawaii market
  • Drive group bookings across corporate, leisure, and SMERF segments to meet and/or exceed hotel sales goals
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and outside sales calls
  • Negotiate contracts and collaborate with revenue management to maximize profitability
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure flawless group experiences
  • Maintain accurate records in Hilton CRM systems and prepare performance reports
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, tourism boards, and industry events
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge
