Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of hotel group sales experience ideally in resort or destination markets
- proficiency in Delphi, OnQ R&I, and Microsoft Office Suite
- strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- familiarity with Hawaii's tourism landscape and seasonal travel patterns
- valid driver's license and ability to travel locally and occasionally out-of-state

Job Duties
- develop and execute strategic group sales plans tailored to the Hawaii market
- drive group bookings across corporate, leisure, and SMERF segments to meet and or exceed hotel sales goals
- conduct site visits, presentations, and outside sales calls
- negotiate contracts and collaborate with revenue management to maximize profitability
- coordinate with internal departments to ensure flawless group experiences
- maintain accurate records in Hilton CRM systems and prepare performance reports
- represent the hotel at trade shows, tourism boards, and industry events
- monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge
