Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of hotel group sales experience ideally in resort or destination markets
  • proficiency in Delphi, OnQ R&I, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • familiarity with Hawaii's tourism landscape and seasonal travel patterns
  • valid driver's license and ability to travel locally and occasionally out-of-state

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • develop and execute strategic group sales plans tailored to the Hawaii market
  • drive group bookings across corporate, leisure, and SMERF segments to meet and or exceed hotel sales goals
  • conduct site visits, presentations, and outside sales calls
  • negotiate contracts and collaborate with revenue management to maximize profitability
  • coordinate with internal departments to ensure flawless group experiences
  • maintain accurate records in Hilton CRM systems and prepare performance reports
  • represent the hotel at trade shows, tourism boards, and industry events
  • monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge
