This position is full-time and comes with an hourly wage range of $26.07 to $32.21 plus a bonus structure, reflecting the importance of this role to the company’s business strategy. The Catering and Sales Manager will focus on the vital areas of selling and managing social and corporate catering events, including accommodations for guests. Flexibility in schedule is essential as the role requires working weekends and potentially a Tuesday through Saturday schedule during peak seasons, ensuring comprehensive oversight of events.
In addition to driving sales performance and revenue growth, the Catering and Sales Manager plays a strategic role in maintaining excellent communication across multiple departments to facilitate flawless event execution.
