The role of Catering Services Manager at Aramark is a leadership position responsible for overseeing all catering solutions and special events at a given location. The manager leads a dedicated catering team to execute catering delivery requests and events in alignment with customer expectations and service standards. Leading and training catering employees is also central to this role, ensuring adherence to quality and presentation standards. The manager must guarantee quality assurance by communicating completed banquet event orders to the team and verifying all event requests are fulfilled as planned.

Moreover, the Catering Services Manager is accountable for achieving food and labor targets and managing events of varied sizes and scope, including staffing and oversight. Accurate financial reporting concerning catering-related revenue, expenses, and receivables falls within the remit of this role. Recruiting, training, scheduling, and developing team members form part of the leadership responsibilities, complemented by ensuring compliance with all applicable food safety, occupational safety, and environmental policies.
