The Catering Sales Manager will play a crucial role in the hotel's event and catering operations by developing and executing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining continuous engagement with corporate clients, event planners, and key stakeholders.
The Catering Sales Manager at Marriott Phoenix Airport will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract negotiation and post-event follow-up, ensuring that every catering event runs smoothly and meets or exceeds client expectations. This position requires close collaboration with culinary and operations teams to coordinate seamless event execution, along with working alongside marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively highlight the hotel’s catering services.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in catering sales or hospitality sales

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns
