The Catering Sales Manager role at Music City Center places you at the heart of creating exceptional catered events that both delight clients and drive revenue growth. This position is a unique opportunity to lead the sales efforts for one of Nashville's most prominent venues, working closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of events from start to finish. As an individual contributor, the Catering Sales Manager focuses on applying specialized skills to handle key projects and tasks that enhance the catering sales process, ensuring each event exceeds expectations.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through innovative strategies, developing lasting client relationships, and collaborating across departments to customize menus and services that meet client needs. You will play a critical role in managing the sales lifecycle—from initial client engagement and proposal development to closing deals and overseeing event logistics. Your expertise in menu development, wine pairing, and understanding food and beverage operations will enable you to deliver unique and high-impact dining experiences that stand out in the marketplace.
