Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel catering or sales management role required

  • Manage all catering sales including events, weddings, social gatherings, and group functions
  • Prospect and develop new and existing client relationships
  • Create customized catering proposals and contracts
  • Collaborate with hotel operations and banquet teams to ensure flawless event execution
  • Stay informed of market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate multiple events, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
  • Achieve catering sales goals and drive business growth
