Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel catering or sales management role required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as events require
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales and client relationship management
- Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties
- Manage all catering sales including events, weddings, social gatherings, and group functions
- Prospect and develop new and existing client relationships
- Create customized catering proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with hotel operations and banquet teams to ensure flawless event execution
- Stay informed of market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate multiple events, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
- Achieve catering sales goals and drive business growth
