Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university OR 4-year bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales and marketing or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
- Knowledge of hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to work full time

Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 1 year experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
- OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in executing sales strategies and closing business
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and proposal development
- Commitment to high standards of customer service
Job Duties
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
- Develop relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base
- Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Provide accurate and effective turnover to Event Management
- Research and develop new leads for catering business
- Participate in sales calls with sales team to acquire new business or close business
- Execute and support operational aspects of booked business, including proposal generation, contract writing, and customer correspondence
- Identify new business to achieve personal and location revenue goals
- Understand market conditions, competitors, and customer base to close best opportunities
- Serve customers by understanding their business and offering effective solutions
- Execute brand's Customer Service Standards and property’s Brand Standards
- Set a positive example for guest relations
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
