This manager will strategize to maximize hotel revenue through upselling contracted groups, managing banquet event order details, and creating innovative ideas to drive catering revenue during slow periods. The Catering Sales & Service Manager will serve as a key ambassador for the hotel, providing personalized service to guests and clients and offering site tours of banquet facilities. They must have comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, accounting, and engineering, to effectively resolve operational challenges and enhance the overall guest experience. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and growth-oriented team in a fast-paced, rewarding hospitality environment with a competitive hourly wage of $36 to $39 and an extensive benefits package.
