Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in catering and event management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with event management software
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

- Previous experience in event management or hospitality industry

Job Duties
- Execute high-quality events by managing event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases, serve as primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and exceptional event experience
- Create exceptional experiences by designing creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience
- Grow catering and events market segments by soliciting new client relationships, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts to close new business
- Cultivate client relationships by maintaining strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business
