Job Requirements
- Experience in culinary field
- Ability to work effectively in a confined area
- Must be flexible with schedule including weekends and holidays

- Basic English reading and communication skills

- Experience in culinary field with prep and/or catering work experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of weights, volume, and cooking procedures
- High attention to detail
- Great relationship building skills and demonstrated positive demeanor as a team player
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
- Basic English reading and communication skills
- Multi-lingual a plus
- Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
Job Duties
- Embody La Farm values through action, example and communication

- Ensure the highest quality food is prepared according to La Farm standards
- Safely and properly use equipment for cafe menu items
- Responsible for all aspects of assigned station
- Complete daily checklists
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain utensils and tools
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Ensure overall unit safety and sanitation goals and policies are met
- Maintain grade "A" or better by beating health and sanitation inspection standards
- Uphold company standards and policies for opening and closing
- Ensure safe working conditions and comply with all laws
- Perform other duties as assigned
