With a commitment to excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction, the Bronx Zoo offers a dynamic workplace environment embedded in conservation and public engagement. This is a full-time position within the Catering & Events department, offering a competitive salary range between $70,000 and $73,000 per year.
The Catering Operations Manager role at the Bronx Zoo is a critical leadership position responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of all catering and banquet functions hosted on the premises. This role demands strong organizational and supervisory skills to ensure seamless event delivery, including the management of staff, equipment, and client relations throughout each function. The manager works closely with sales staff and event clients to maintain the highest standards of service and ensure that all event details are meticulously followed.
