In this role, the Catering Sales Manager acts as the primary point of contact for assigned groups and events, ensuring that each event's logistics and details are expertly handled through preparation of resumes, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and all essential event documentation. The position involves close coordination with internal hotel departments, guaranteeing seamless execution of events and a high level of guest satisfaction that aligns with The Waymark brand standards. Additionally, participation in site inspections and support throughout the overall sales process are essential, thereby ensuring that all clients receive a personalized and professional experience. Through these responsibilities, the manager plays a vital role in upholding Concord Hospitality’s reputation for excellence in event management and hospitality services.

Joining Concord Hospitality means being part of a team that values associates as their greatest asset and strives to be a great place to work for all. The company’s wide array of benefits includes competitive wages, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability options, 401(k) with company match, tuition assistance, discounted room rates at Concord-managed hotels, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
