Founded in 2015, OVG operates a distinguished portfolio including seven world-class owned venues and serves a prestigious roster of clients across iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions spanning four continents. The company is committed to delivering superior live event experiences through its innovative, end-to-end venue solutions and strategic partnerships, making it a major force in shaping the global live entertainment landscape.

The Catering Manager role at Oak View Group is an exciting opportunity based at Moby Arena and Canvas Stadium on the campus of Colorado State University. This role requires a dynamic leader who will provide essential operational oversight and leadership for catering and concessions functions. The Catering Manager’s primary responsibility is to support the successful execution of a wide range of events including catered events, athletic contests, premium hospitality experiences, and other food and beverage services managed by OVG across the venues. This role is pivotal in delivering consistent, high-quality hospitality and concessions service to diverse groups such as student-athletes, fans, guests, clients, and university partners.

As a Catering Manager, you will assist in the profitable management of catering and concessions operations by overseeing event setup, service, and tear down while enforcing compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies. You will take a hands-on approach to supervising hourly employees, culinary teams, and concessions managers, ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional guest satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle. This role also involves staff training, scheduling, and performance management to cultivate a professional and positive workplace culture.

Candidates should be self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. Excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a strong attention to detail are essential for success. The position demands flexibility to accommodate a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. With an annual salary range of $65,000 to $70,000, the Catering Manager position offers a rewarding career path within a company that values innovation, diversity, and excellence.

Joining Oak View Group means becoming part of a team dedicated to positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry. OVG emphasizes inclusivity and diversity as critical components of its success, striving to create environments that reflect and celebrate the communities it serves. The company is an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a culture of respect and equity. Full-time employees enjoy comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company matching, and paid time off encompassing vacation days, sick leave, and holidays. This role will remain open until September 25, 2026, presenting a valuable long-term career opportunity for the right candidate in the hospitality and event management industry.
