Job Requirements
- Capacity to stand and walk during the entirety of shift
- Must be available to work all event days, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum of 3 years of catering management experience in an arena or other large venue required
- Experience in food preparation, inventory and cost control, scheduling, and purchasing
- Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Previous catering software experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
