Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of management experience in catering or foodservice
  • Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with event management software such as CaterTrax
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • Physical ability to oversee event setup and breakdown

Job Qualifications

  • Strong event planning and coordination skills
  • Experience managing teams in foodservice or catering
  • Ability to stay organized and calm in dynamic settings

Job Duties

  • End-to-end event management including coordinating catering requests and creating banquet event orders
  • Meeting with clients to review and detail event specifications and deliver exceptional service
  • Overseeing the setup, execution, and breakdown of events ensuring timely and accurate catering deliveries
  • Leading and managing a team consisting of a catering supervisor, attendants, and pantry attendant
  • Maintaining daily logistics and quality control to ensure smooth catering flow and high guest satisfaction
