Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of management experience in catering or foodservice
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with event management software such as CaterTrax
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Physical ability to oversee event setup and breakdown

- Experience managing teams in foodservice or catering

Job Duties
- End-to-end event management including coordinating catering requests and creating banquet event orders
- Meeting with clients to review and detail event specifications and deliver exceptional service
- Overseeing the setup, execution, and breakdown of events ensuring timely and accurate catering deliveries
- Leading and managing a team consisting of a catering supervisor, attendants, and pantry attendant
- Maintaining daily logistics and quality control to ensure smooth catering flow and high guest satisfaction
