Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 1 year of management experience
  • ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously
  • proficiency in catering software such as CaterTrax
  • strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • ability to lead a team effectively
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends

Job Qualifications

  • at least 1 year of management experience
  • strong event planning and coordination skills
  • experience managing teams in foodservice or catering environments
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stay organized and calm in dynamic settings

Job Duties

  • Coordinating catering requests
  • entering orders in CaterTrax
  • creating Banquet Event Orders
  • ensuring flawless event execution
  • meeting with clients to review and detail events
  • understanding client vision and delivering exceptional service
  • overseeing set-up, execution, and breakdown of events
  • ensuring timely and accurate catering deliveries
  • leading and managing a team of catering staff
  • maintaining smooth day-to-day catering operations
  • upholding service standards
  • ensuring high-quality presentation and guest experience
