Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 1 year of management experience
- ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously
- proficiency in catering software such as CaterTrax
- strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
- ability to lead a team effectively
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- availability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends

Job Duties
- Coordinating catering requests
- entering orders in CaterTrax
- creating Banquet Event Orders
- ensuring flawless event execution
- meeting with clients to review and detail events
- understanding client vision and delivering exceptional service
- overseeing set-up, execution, and breakdown of events
- ensuring timely and accurate catering deliveries
- leading and managing a team of catering staff
- maintaining smooth day-to-day catering operations
- upholding service standards
- ensuring high-quality presentation and guest experience
