Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time onsite Catering Manager to join the Constellation Culinary Group team in New York, NY. This position is based in a boutique law firm setting, operating Monday through Friday, and provides a unique opportunity for candidates experienced in managing catered corporate dining services. The Catering Manager will lead a team of foodservice professionals including servers and cooks, overseeing the planning and execution of a variety of catered events within the corporate dining sector. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure client and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities will include supervising and training staff, participating in meal and beverage preparations, maintaining strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and addressing client needs promptly and professionally. This is an excellent career opportunity for motivated individuals with a minimum of three years in foodservice or hospitality, and preferably with some supervisory or management experience. A competitive salary of up to $85,000 is offered alongside a comprehensive benefits package to support employee well-being and development.
