Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional culinary experience
  • Culinary degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Valid drivers license with reliable transportation
  • Ability to manage high-volume culinary events
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
  • Excellent communication and client service skills

  • Handle ordering inventory control and coordination with vendors
  • Lead the culinary process from pre-event planning to post-event cleanup
  • Supervise and mentor culinary staff ensuring smooth operations
  • Act as the primary culinary contact for clients during events
