Job Requirements
- Experience in catering, events, or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with event management software and billing systems
- Ability to maintain composure and problem-solve under pressure
- Valid driver’s license preferred

Job Duties
- Lead the planning and execution of catering events from first inquiry to final applause
- Build strong client relationships by listening, advising, and delivering beyond expectations
- Collaborate with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Drive revenue by identifying upsell opportunities and maximizing event potential
- Manage event details including contracts, timelines, room setups, and service flow
- Be the go-to problem solver on event days - cool under pressure, quick on your feet
- Maintain accuracy in billing, proposals, and internal systems
