Job Requirements

  • Experience in catering, events, or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency with event management software and billing systems
  • Ability to maintain composure and problem-solve under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the planning and execution of catering events from first inquiry to final applause
  • Build strong client relationships by listening, advising, and delivering beyond expectations
  • Collaborate with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Drive revenue by identifying upsell opportunities and maximizing event potential
  • Manage event details including contracts, timelines, room setups, and service flow
  • Be the go-to problem solver on event days - cool under pressure, quick on your feet
  • Maintain accuracy in billing, proposals, and internal systems
