Job Requirements

  • At least three years’ experience in foodservice and/or hospitality
  • strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • willingness to work onsite full-time
  • ability to manage and train staff
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
  • capacity to address client needs professionally

  • prior supervisory or management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Training and supervising servers and cooks
  • participating in the preparation of meals and beverages
  • ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • addressing client and guest needs and concerns
  • managing catering event logistics
  • monitoring food quality and service standards
  • coordinating with university and client stakeholders
