- At least three years’ experience in foodservice and/or hospitality
- strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- willingness to work onsite full-time
- ability to manage and train staff
- knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- capacity to address client needs professionally

- Training and supervising servers and cooks

- addressing client and guest needs and concerns
- managing catering event logistics
- monitoring food quality and service standards
- coordinating with university and client stakeholders
