- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years experience in catering or food service management
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
- strong organizational skills
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and work under pressure

Job Duties
- Supervising the catering staff in prep, assembly and setup of functions
- sales and business development
- employee management and scheduling
- operate and maintain equipment in safe, and efficient manner
- maintain department areas in neat and sanitary manner
- assist with efficient operation of department
- flexibility in schedule to attend functions outside normal hours
