The Catering & Logistics Crew role at Bon Me is a multifaceted and essential position based out of their commissary located at 148 Hampden Street in Boston. Catering and logistics crew members play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of Bon Me by managing the execution of catering events, facilitating timely deliveries, and supporting the movement of food, supplies, and equipment throughout the organization. This position offers a variety of experiences, including preparing large catering orders, delivering products to different restaurant locations, and even running food trucks at private events during the busy season from April to October. The role is designed to be flexible, with shifts typically ranging from 4 to 8 hours and opportunities to work both catering and logistics duties to maximize weekly hours.

Pay starts at $16 per hour for catering roles plus tips, which typically range from $7 to $10 per hour, while logistics work starts at $20 per hour without tips. Employees receive annual reviews and raises as they develop new skills and take on additional responsibilities. This position demands physical stamina, reliability, and a proactive mindset as crew members must stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and manage time effectively within a fast-paced environment.
