The Catering Lead is responsible for processing, preparing, and delivering catering orders, coordinating with a team to execute large orders when necessary, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by following up promptly after orders are complete. The Catering Lead manages accounts to foster repeat business and collaborates closely with both cafe teams and Regional Catering Sales Managers to identify and pursue new catering opportunities. This involves strategic planning, cold calling, presentation, and closing sales techniques, while also maintaining strong organizational skills using tools like the Outlook Calendar and digital communication methods.
