Job Duties
- Process, prepare and deliver orders to the client
- Assists in organizing a team of employees to execute large catering orders
- Provide excellent customer service by following up with customers post-order
- Manage existing accounts to ensure repeat catering sales
- Collaborate with café teams and Regional Catering Sales Manager to pursue additional business
- Create targeted game plans for increasing catering sales through strategic planning, cold calling, presentation skills, and closing sales
- Utilize Outlook Calendar and other online tools for organization and follow up
- Communicate effectively via email
