Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrated excellent organization, customer service and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with a diverse group of people
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Proven track record of success in similar roles
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass reference checks

Job Duties

  • Process, prepare and deliver orders to the client
  • Assists in organizing a team of employees to execute large catering orders
  • Provide excellent customer service by following up with customers post-order
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure repeat catering sales
  • Collaborate with café teams and Regional Catering Sales Manager to pursue additional business
  • Create targeted game plans for increasing catering sales through strategic planning, cold calling, presentation skills, and closing sales
  • Utilize Outlook Calendar and other online tools for organization and follow up
  • Communicate effectively via email
