Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • current certifications as needed

Job Duties

  • Control labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels while driving efficiency from all staff
  • Retain control of production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to standards of operation
  • Audit service and quality regularly
  • Adhere to all standards and established tracking procedures daily
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Supervise teamwork and service regularly
  • Handle day-to-day employee issues professionally while following all Aramark policies and procedures
  • Support and implement training programs to develop skills, improve guest service, build repeat business, grow revenue, and boost morale
  • Assist in annual employee reviews and supervise interim performance issues
  • Ensure accurate adherence to time and attendance procedures
  • Maintain staffing consistent with guidelines and adjust daily based on business needs
  • Train all employees according to safety, health, and sanitation standards
