Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- current certifications as needed
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing
- willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Duties
- Control labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels while driving efficiency from all staff
- Retain control of production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to standards of operation
- Audit service and quality regularly
- Adhere to all standards and established tracking procedures daily
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Supervise teamwork and service regularly
- Handle day-to-day employee issues professionally while following all Aramark policies and procedures
- Support and implement training programs to develop skills, improve guest service, build repeat business, grow revenue, and boost morale
- Assist in annual employee reviews and supervise interim performance issues
- Ensure accurate adherence to time and attendance procedures
- Maintain staffing consistent with guidelines and adjust daily based on business needs
- Train all employees according to safety, health, and sanitation standards
