The Hourly Supervisor role at Aramark is a pivotal position focused on enhancing the profitability of Operations while ensuring the highest levels of customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency. This role requires a dynamic leader who can skillfully manage daily staffing levels to control labor costs without compromising efficiency or service quality. The Hourly Supervisor is responsible for maintaining strict adherence to operational standards related to production costs, supply costs, inventory management, and auditing service and quality regularly. With a hands-on approach, this leader will develop and implement strategies to meet customer satisfaction goals, supervise teamwork and service consistently, and professionally handle employee issues in accordance with Aramark’s policies and procedures.

In addition to staff supervision, the Hourly Supervisor supports and implements training programs designed to enhance employee skills, improve guest service, build customer loyalty, increase revenue, and boost employee morale. This role assists in the annual employee review process and manages interim performance issues, ensuring time and attendance procedures are accurately followed. The supervisor also ensures staffing levels align with established guidelines and makes necessary daily adjustments based on business needs. All employees under this role must be trained according to company safety, health, and sanitation standards.
