Job Requirements

  • Supervise teamwork and service
  • Manage day-to-day employee issues professionally while following company policies
  • Implement training programs to develop skills and improve service
  • Assist in employee performance reviews and manage interim performance issues
  • Ensure adherence to time and attendance procedures
  • Adjust staffing levels daily based on business needs
  • Train employees on safety, health, and sanitation standards
