- Adhere to all standards and established tracking procedures daily
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Supervise teamwork and service
- Manage day-to-day employee issues professionally while following company policies
- Implement training programs to develop skills and improve service
- Assist in employee performance reviews and manage interim performance issues
- Ensure adherence to time and attendance procedures
- Adjust staffing levels daily based on business needs
- Train employees on safety, health, and sanitation standards
