The Catering Houseman role at Legends Global is centered around ensuring the seamless delivery, maintenance, stocking, and cleanliness of products in the Premium Service areas within the venue. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the premium event experience by assisting with the setup and breakdown of functions as needed. Located onsite at Yankee Stadium in Bronx, NY, this role demands physical stamina and the ability to work extended hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. The Compensation for this role is $23.55 per hour. The Catering Houseman is responsible for managing inventory, distributing supplies, organizing and maintaining equipment, and upholding venue cleanliness. This role involves interaction with team members and venues to coordinate requisitions and ensure timely service delivery. It is a dynamic position that requires attention to detail, multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in fast-paced hospitality settings such as bars, high-end clubs, or restaurants, as well as a basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and guest service etiquette. The role entails lifting and transporting moderately heavy items, performing physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and pushing for extended periods, making physical mobility and endurance essential. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must have two to three years working in a fast paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant
- ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards
- must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- ability to multitask in a fast paced, team oriented setting
- must be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with guests
- ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training

Job Duties
- Monitor stock levels
- obtain supplies and equipment as requested per venue
- ensure that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly
- perform and assist with routine inventory on a daily basis
- ensure that requisitions are delivered in a timely manner
- pick up and distribute items from the warehouse
- set up event equipment such as tables, chairs, chafers, china, silverware, roll ups, glassware, heating lamps and elements
- remove and place furniture according to the stadium operations floor plan
- ensure cleanliness of event space and service areas
- remove all trash from event area
- set up and breakdown, clean and store all furniture, banquet tables, beverages, equipment, and linen
- clean, organize and store glassware, china, and silverware
- responsible for the overall cleanliness of all catering storage areas
- linen storage, distribution and drop off
