About the Role
As an Hourly Supervisor at Aramark, your primary responsibility is to enhance the profitability and operational efficiency of the services provided. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency while actively driving sales and managing costs effectively. This leadership role requires supervising daily staffing levels to optimize labor costs, maintaining strict adherence to production and supply cost controls, and enforcing company standards and procedures to sustain quality and service excellence.
Your role will involve regularly auditing service quality, resolving employee issues professionally, and implementing team training programs that nurture skills development, improve morale, and build customer loyalty to drive business growth. You will also assist with employee performance reviews, manage attendance and timekeeping procedures, and ensure that all team members comply with safety, health, and sanitation policies. Job Requirements
- Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Current certifications as needed
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and/or stand or walk for extended periods
- Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Commitment to safety, health, and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience

Job Duties
- Control the labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels as needed while driving efficiency from all staff
- Retain control of production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to all standards of operation
- Audit service and quality on a regular basis
- Adhere to all standards and established tracking procedures daily
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Supervise teamwork and service on a regular basis
- Supervise day-to-day employee issues in a professional manner while adhering to all Aramark policies and procedures
