Legends is the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Our partnership includes managing the food and beverage programs for concessions, suites, and premium areas across all game days, concerts, special events, and any food and beverage activations related to the iconic Pirate Ship. The role of Expo Supervisor reports directly to the Catering Manager and is pivotal in ensuring exceptional food service on game days. The Expo Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the distribution of all food items for catered areas, ensuring that orders conform to the banquet event orders, and maintaining the highest standards of service. This role requires excellent leadership skills to manage staff adherence to uniform, grooming standards, and operational processes while consistently meeting Legends Service Standards.
This position demands a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong communication skills who can manage time effectively and work both independently and within a team. The Expo Supervisor must be prepared to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and all Tampa Bay Buccaneers games, USF games, and major stadium events. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods. Safety and compliance with all relevant policies and certifications, such as food safety and responsible alcohol service, are mandatory.

Job Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within the organization

- Maintain high standards of food service and appearance and have a high level of guest satisfaction awareness
- Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have at least one-year experience in a food and beverage leadership role
- Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers games, USF games and major stadium events
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 50lbs as well as stand or walk for long periods of time
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
Job Qualifications
- Must have at least one-year experience in a food and beverage leadership role

Job Duties
- Responsible for the operation of their assigned event or area on game day
- Deliver pre-shift meeting with Runner and Warehouse Supervisor, communicating event details from the banquet event order
- Responsible ensuring that all ordered food items arrive to its designated location per the banquet event order
- Communicates with the Runner Supervisor to assure all the food is being delivered to the proper location
- Ensure staff is following uniform and grooming guidelines
- Ensure that assigned team is following all process and procedures and that Legends Service Standards are being met
- Responsible for tracking temperature logs for hot boxes and cooler/walk-in at the start, during and at the end of every event
- Submit event documentation at the end of the event to the Catering Manager
- Other duties as assigned
