  • Minimum three years management experience in food services
  • Minimum three years culinary or food services experience including catering
  • Strong understanding of culinary trends
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years management experience in food services
  • Minimum three years functional experience in culinary or food services including catering
  • Proven expertise in high-end kitchen operations
  • Strong leadership and team coaching skills
  • Advanced knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
