Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in event coordination and catering
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Punctual and reliable

Job Duties

  • Oversee the planning and execution of various events
  • Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements
  • Manage event logistics including scheduling and vendor coordination
  • Lead event staff during set-up, execution, and breakdown
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during events
  • Maintain compliance with food and beverage service standards
