- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in event coordination and catering
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee the planning and execution of various events
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements
- Manage event logistics including scheduling and vendor coordination
- Lead event staff during set-up, execution, and breakdown
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during events
- Maintain compliance with food and beverage service standards
