Job Requirements

  • Experience in event management or hospitality such as banquet coordination, restaurant management or hotel operations
  • Ability to work long shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional demeanor with clients, guests, and vendors
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Duties

  • Serve as the on-site lead for catered events including weddings, corporate functions and private events
  • Execute event timelines and floor plans accurately and efficiently
  • Manage catering staff including servers, bartenders, porters, and culinary teams
  • Coordinate with vendors such as rental companies, venues, planners, and bar services
  • Oversee food service, station setups, buffet service, plated meals, and breakdown
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met
  • Handle guest and client needs professionally and discreetly
