Founded originally as a delicatessen in Chicago, Levy has evolved into a powerhouse managing food, beverage, and retail operations in more than 200 entertainment, sports, and restaurant venues across the United States. Known for its creativity, tailored strategies, and commitment to impeccable service, Levy has established a reputation for excellence in dining through its various on-site locations that range from full-service restaurants to luxurious lounges and food retail spaces. The company's dedication to diversity of thought and inclusion underpins its success and creates a vibrant team culture.

Levy Restaurants is currently looking for a Catering Event Coordinator to join the team at Oriole Park at Camden Yards, one of Baltimore's most iconic and beloved landmarks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic multi-unit operation that thrives on delivering outstanding hospitality experiences to a diverse clientele, including high-profile event guests. As a Catering Event Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for all catering inquiries, managing extensive administrative coordination tasks involving scheduling, booking, and tracking meetings and events via specialized internal software. This position requires a high level of professionalism and discretion as you handle a significant volume of sensitive requests.

The role demands meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all event logistics, room reservations, and scheduling information are accurate and well-documented. You will play a key role in coordinating day-of-event support, ensuring smooth execution that aligns with client expectations and reinforces Levy's high standards. The position occasionally requires weekend availability to provide onsite and administrative support during special client events, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality and events industry.

This part-time or full-time position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $27.00 to $30.00 per hour, along with employee benefits such as Instapay for early access to wages, high interest savings through the EVEN app, an associate shopping program, health and wellness programs, and an employee assistance program. Levy is a member of Compass Group USA, a global leader in food service management, and emphasizes equal opportunity employment, providing fair treatment to all applicants regardless of race, national origin, sex, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other protected classifications. The company also complies with specific local regulations, including mandatory background screening where applicable.

Working at Levy Restaurants in the historic Oriole Park at Camden Yards combines the energy of a vibrant sports and entertainment venue with the opportunity to grow your career in hospitality. To excel in this role, candidates must possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication capabilities, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Joining Levy means becoming part of a team that prioritizes creativity, quality service, and memorable guest experiences in an iconic setting.
