The Catering Event Coordinator role at Levy Restaurants is a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative hospitality team based at Oriole Park at Camden Yards, a premier attraction in Baltimore. This position involves working within a multi-unit operation including full-service restaurants, upscale lounges, and retail food spaces, all located in this iconic sports and entertainment destination. As a Catering Event Coordinator, you will serve as the initial point of contact for catering inquiries, managing extensive administrative and logistical tasks to ensure seamless coordination of events and client meetings. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, booking, tracking, and updating event details using internal software systems, while maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams. You will play a key role in supporting high-profile client events, ensuring accuracy in room reservations and event details, along with providing day-of-event support to guarantee exceptional execution aligned with client expectations. This role requires organizational expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to operate with professionalism under a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You may also provide occasional support during weekends for special events. Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for all catering inquiries
- Handle a high volume of administrative requests with professionalism and discretion
- Perform extensive administrative coordination including scheduling, booking, tracking, and updating meetings and events in internal software
- Manage all logistical and administrative details related to high-profile client meetings, events, and conferences
- Ensure accuracy of room reservations, event details, and scheduling information
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Coordinate day-of event support to ensure meetings and events run smoothly and align with client expectations
- Communicate effectively with internal partners to support event execution and uphold professional standards
- Provide occasional weekend administrative and on-site support for special client events as needed
