The Catering Event Coordinator role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Dayton, OR, designed for an organized, communicative, and proactive professional to oversee the execution of catering events from start to finish. This role demands coordination of various event components, starting with gathering detailed client requirements and preparing comprehensive event proposals. The coordinator is responsible for confirming menus, scheduling event timelines, and verifying all event specifics to ensure a seamless experience.
