Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a valid liquor license
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
- Possess basic knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 10 hours
- Be able to safely lift and maneuver trays of food weighing 5 to 10 pounds
- Maintain a clean and well groomed appearance
- Maintain uniform dress code
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including holidays
- Availability to work indoor or outdoor settings with varied weather conditions
- Availability to attend all training sessions as scheduled
