Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Wash all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses by hand or using dishwasher
- correctly place and store clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas
- stock serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils
- assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving as directed
- ensure work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- assist kitchen staff with cleaning, chopping and portioning food
- assist with plating meals as necessary
- assist Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef with additional production as needed
- report all maintenance problems or other issues to the supervisor as they occur
- follow accurate food handling guidelines, sanitation, health, and safety protocols
