Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Wash all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses by hand or using dishwasher
  • correctly place and store clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas
  • stock serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils
  • assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving as directed
  • ensure work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • assist kitchen staff with cleaning, chopping and portioning food
  • assist with plating meals as necessary
  • assist Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef with additional production as needed
  • report all maintenance problems or other issues to the supervisor as they occur
  • follow accurate food handling guidelines, sanitation, health, and safety protocols
