Job Duties
- support the planning and execution of meetings, events, and catering functions
- prepare banquet event orders (BEOs) and ensure accuracy of all event details
- communicate event requirements with hotel departments (F&B, Banquets, Front Office, etc.)
- maintain organized client files, contracts, and event documentation
- assist in menu planning, timelines, and event logistics
- provide exceptional service to clients before, during, and after events
- manage group room blocks, including reservations, pickup tracking, and adjustments
- serve as the primary contact for group housing inquiries and coordination
- monitor group cut-off dates and communicate updates to clients and internal teams
- generate and distribute group reports (pickup, rooming lists, etc.)
- ensure accurate billing, rooming lists, and special requests are executed
